Account Options

To become an investor on NextSeed, anyone over the age of 18 with a U.S. social security number and U.S. residential address can create a NextSeed investment account.

This account is where you will monitor your investments and manage your funds.

You can create three types of accounts on NextSeed: 

  1. An individual investment account
  2. An entity investment account
  3. A self-directed IRA investment account

NextSeed accounts are provided and held at our partner bank, Happy State Bank DBA GoldStar Trust Company, which provides FDIC insurance for uninvested cash in NextSeed accounts (up to $250,000).
