The Brewer’s Table, an ambitious craft brewery and farm-to-table restaurant located in the East Side of Austin, officially opened for business this month.
After ten years of experience in the craft beer industry, founder Jacob Maddux’s vision was to create a unique culinary destination where food and beer were developed in harmony. Seasonal, locally sourced ingredients cooked over wood and paired with fresh oak-fermented ales and lagers create an entirely new experience for food and beer lovers.
Located inside of a repurposed Quonset hut, The Brewer’s Table features an open kitchen and viewable Foeders (large wooden vats used for aging beer) that allow guests to witness the entire meal preparation experience. The Brewer’s Table opens at 11am every day, closing at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday.
In addition to lunch and dinner menus, The Brewers Table features a patio with picnic tables and patio games as well as Wi-Fi, allowing the space to function as a true community gathering hub.
The Brewer’s Table raised $300,000 from 190 investors on NextSeed in August 2016.
Congratulations Jake, Ali, Zach and the rest of The Brewer’s Table team!
