We are now open seven days a week since our soft opening on July 2nd! We started offering brunch on Saturday and Sunday as of this week from 9:30 AM to 3 PM which has been exciting to roll out and we have happy hour every weekday from 4-7PM.
We’ll also be having our Public Grand Opening on the weekend of the 31st (Labor Day Weekend!), where we’ll be doing happy pricing all weekend. If you are in the area, we would love to see you then. Also, our Launch Party will be on Thursday, the 30th from 6 PM to close. For those investors that qualify for this bonus reward, please anticipate an invitation through Eventbrite in the coming days.
It’s been an unbelievably busy start of the month and with that comes very exciting news! We want to let you know that we finally got through our inspection issues and soft opened on July 2nd! We invited our friends and family and then opened a few hours a day just to get staff trained up, etc.
We’ll be adding in hours each day this week, and we are shooting for a grand opening in probably two weeks. We can’t wait to share the official opening with you! Please know that we will work on bonus rewards once the business is open and you can look out for detailed communication at a later date. We do anticipate sending out invitations to the investor launch party next month. Please stay tuned!

Things are progressing very well. We ran into another setback, which is that out back patio doesn’t drain properly when it rains, and so it needs to be removed and replaced. However, we’ve been working with the landlord on this, and it should be completely replaced in about a week.
In the meantime, the tasting room will be complete and ready for inspection this week, and the kitchen should be ready for appliance installation next week. We will soon be finished with painting the tasting room walls, tables, and bar (photos below). After that, it’s just the finishing touches and passing all of our final inspections. If everything keeps going well, we should be ready to open in late May to early June.

We’re making good progress with the plumbing and electrical installations, but have hit a small snag with the roof. The recent rains have led to the discovery that the roof on the distillery building needs to be replaced.
On the plus side, our Still arrived, though we don’t want to set it up until we get everything else done so that we don’t damage it. In regards to bonus rewards, we are working on getting the new POS system set up as soon as possible so that we can start issuing the gift cards, etc.

We are excited to announce that we construction is kicked into high gear! The plumbing and electrical work is being done as we speak with the kitchen and bar scheduled to be finished in the next few weeks.
Our team has been pounding the pavement lining up interest from groups that offer brewery and tasting tours around town, so they are just waiting for us to open. We are tentatively scheduling parties for after our opening in addition to creating a source of private label projects.
The artwork for 619 is being narrowed down and we’re creating signage, the “Instagram” metal wall, t-shirts, barstools, and more.
