The total anticipated project cost is for Ambriza Boardwalk is $790,000. To date, the owners have committed $200,000 of equity in the business. They are receiving a tenant improvement budget of $400,000 and currently have a line of credit for $200,000. The TI funds will be provided at the time the restaurant opens.
If Ambriza Boardwalk reaches the minimum raise amount of $100,000 on NextSeed, proceeds from the raise will be put towards construction and equipment costs until TI funds are received. Anything raised above the $100,000 minimum and up to the $300,000 maximum will be allocated towards inventory and working capital.
