We are officially OPEN!
I am very pleased to tell you all that we are officially opening the doors to The Brewer’s Table today – Thursday, April 19th, 2018!
They always say that everything really comes together in the final weeks, days, and hours and, let me tell you, that really is how it happens. In the last month, we have seen every one of the hundred tasks that needed to happen in a proper sequence for us to open fall into place. The last design details, pieces of art, picnic tables outside, parking lot, and menu design elements are all complete. Those details alone are plenty but when you combine them with the regimen of inspections and staff training, it gets pretty exciting.
One of our striving points for excellence at The Brewer’s Table will be service. Training for our team began on Monday, March 26th. For two weeks, 40 hours a week, our staff trained so we would be able to keep focusing on learning more about how to provide our guests the best overall experience. Our team is excited, motivated, and knowledgeable about the entire concept and ready for our first guests.
