Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, we did have some delays during inspections and permitting that have pushed our opening back to the end of February. However, we have our permits in hand and will have our health inspection completed very soon. Everything is coming together in an amazing way!
All of the kitchen equipment is in and front of house staff training is underway. We have a great team eager to represent PORTERS.

The new year is approaching and so is the PORTERS launch! As you know, we’ve had some setbacks during construction, but we are looking forward to an action-packed January.
We have so many exciting things happening in the next five weeks, from custom wine and whiskey lockers, the installation of technology systems, to PORTERS signage getting installed!

We are excited to say that PORTERS is really coming together. From HVAC to electrical, to signage, to the POS system and test dishes – we are getting closer on all fronts! We’re excited to share some of the progress building up around PORTERS.
Construction has been steady with the section of buildings surrounding the central courtyard. This includes PORTERS and The George among others.
A room in The George was recently staged for a marketing shoot. You can see the look and feel that this boutique luxury hotel will offer. PORTERS will be located on the ground floor of the hotel.
