We’re getting close to our official opening date!
To make sure everything is in place for you to have the best experience, we had a soft launch last week so we could get live training experience for our staff and kitchen. During the soft launch, we are serving a limited food and liquor menu. The soft launch hours are:
Tuesday & Wednesday – 4pm to midnight
Thursday & Friday – 4pm to 2am
Saturday – 3pm to 2am
Sunday & Monday – closed for staff training
Due to unexpected delays we are now looking at a projected opening time in April, which is also when we’ll be hosting our opening parties.
We’ll send you another update later this month with more information and an update on progress. We wanted to share a few photos of construction progress with you in this email and can’t wait to celebrate with you soon!
We wanted to take a minute to update you on the progress at The Sugar Refinery. We’ve been working hard on the buildout and are making great progress. We are predicting an opening date at the end of February and will keep you all up to date on when we’ll officially open our doors!
