Entity Investment Account (Including Trust)

Your corporation, LLC or trust can invest on the NextSeed platform with an entity investment account. The minimum opening deposit is $5,000.

Under Regulation Crowdfunding, investment limits apply—the entity’s annual revenue and net worth must both be at least $100,000 in order to qualify for the $5,000 Regulation Crowdfunding investment limit.

Under Regulation D, Rule 506(c), entities must undergo accredited investor verification – entities must have at least $5 million in assets or be owned by accredited investors and not be formed specifically to acquire the securities offered.

You can easily create a NextSeed Entity Investment Account online. NextSeed will assist in collecting the required entity documentation needed by GoldStar. Please note that it may take a few days or longer to collect and review documentation and fund your account. You will need to return to www.nextseed.com to make your investment after your account has been funded.
