Tracking Returns for Debt Investments

You can keep track of your investment returns in your Account Center.

Your Account Center will show your Total Net Annualized Return (TNAR) for your term loan investments. TNAR is an approximation of the overall financial return on your NextSeed debt investment portfolio. Here is more information on how we derive TNAR: Debt Investment: Returns.

You can also view your Net Annualized Return (NAR) for each individual term loan investment. In general, the return for a term note is known in advance as the interest rate on the investment. The return for a revenue sharing note cannot be known in advance and is calculated based on when payments start and actual payments made—thus, the NAR for revenue sharing notes may change from month to month as payments are made.

To learn more on how we calculate NAR see Debt Investment: Returns.
